beautiful game!! i loved that both of the endings made sense, but still couldn't help feeling sad about the first one 😭
This is truly one of the best games I have played this year. It has an incredibly engaging story and interesting characters. I was captivated right off the bat (which doesn't happen often). I 100% recommend this to anyone who likes psychological horror or visual novels.
easily one of the most engaging stories I’ve experienced in quite a while, triple A games included.
I especially enjoyed the sound design, it perfectly fit the mood.
kudos, homie, keep it up.
ts too peak !! i love them sm..!!!!! thank you so much homie for bringing us this game. its so comforting for me.
Hi, THIS IS MY FAVORITE GAME! because there's so much fan content like comics and fics! I'm wondering if there will ever be a sequel or maybe a game with a similar premise? thank you!!
This game is so peak i should draw them rn!!
What a great game. The buildup was fun and the interactions felt real. Whatever choice you make, the reasons put make sense either way, and don't feel forced.
Thank you~
hi !!!!!! i really love this game thank you so much for making something like this it helps me uhhh cope my trauma i guess ... thank you homie! please keep this up <3 and take care
Hey dude, I'm planning on making a fan Ukrainian language patch for this game! Are you okay with that??
If you are, then contact me on twitter or discord, so I can send you the patched version of the game when I'm done. Both twitter's and discord's usernames are @gamer_huila34 / gamer_huila34 :DD
If it weren’t for the Turkish patch, I wouldn’t have been able to play it... but I’m so glad I did. The character designs, the plot, and all the twists were honestly amazing for me. I feel so lucky to have played a game like this; it even left an emptiness inside me after I finished all the endings... Thanks for letting us experience this story Homie ^^
I'm really looking forward to the new games you'll make!
I'm very grateful to the fan translators who have made it possible for the game to reach more players like you. Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for playing!
Hi homie!!! absolutely LOVED Clinical Trial, your writing and storytelling are top notch.
Out of curiosity, do you have any other projects planned? Because I would love to see what else you could create in the future. Anyways, thank you for making Clinical Trial! I absolutely adore it!!
oh my gosh this game was amazing. made an account just to comment on your page
its just one of those games that you'd wish you could wipe your memory and play it all over and experience it for the first time again.
cute characters, 10/10 story, loved angel and lee and their chemistry together
please make a part 2 or give us more content!!
The biggest thank you for such a wonderful piece of work.
Lee's clumsiness is so endearing.
Please pray that they will be surrounded by a peaceful and happy world after this.
I wanted to watch their story for a long time.
hey , this is my first ever i tried visual novel game , i know this game from video by vietnamese chanel and this so good . I love them :3
I hope you can creat part 2 , this game is very good
I really did enjoy this lil game!! The art is beautiful as always comin' from Homie, the music was lovely and it felt good to play a game where it doesn't feel like the ONLY option is the "good path"
Very refreshing and I can't wait to see whatever you develop in the future!
less of a psychological second half than i was expecting, and down to personal taste i didn't like it as much as i would've if it had gone other places. that's just my opinion tho and overall this is a really cool game! loved the art and the characters, felt very seen by the portrayal of lee (i'm an odd loner working in the medical field and i love shrimp) and angel (i'm also a short genderqueer college dropout who draws and is depressed) both.
i really like your writing and art styles and can't wait to see what (if anything) you make next!
*edit: also the bonus content is wonderful and i love it
Hello creator!
I REALLY enjoyed playing your work. And I just wanted to ask you if I could cosplay a character from your work in addition to the fanart you've created.
I apologize for leaving my question in the review section, but I hope you answer it.
Of course you can. Glad you enjoyed the game.
Thank you SO much!
My friend literally fell in love with your work.
Also Me and my friend looking forward to the next game!
Lee oh my god Lee I love you
Wow... just, wow. This is nothing I've played before. 10/10
lesbian but I need that fat man in my life I'd make him worse
game gave me the chills
I love this game so muchhh. I love u all Dev AGHHHH t need more game like this ✋😭🤚
Does anyone else have problems with the saved files? TT I played the game, saved my game, and exited it, but when I tried to play again, it didn't let me press the continue button, and there was no record of my previous game.
Does this game happen to require use of the up and down arrow keys, or just the left and right ones? I’ve heard great things about the story but my keyboard’s busted.
You can move on the map and select choices by clicking on them instead of using the arrow keys. There's one (nonconsequential) choice near the end where you might be stuck with fewer options, but I think you can still complete the game.
lol
I have written a spoiler free and comprehensive review of the game here.

this story really goes places.
excellent writing, really appreciated angel having POTS haha, the small details like that were great. laughed at the comment on angel's art where the person said "im not a furry BUT" hahaha, too real. great game, amazing post-game extras, too!
This is peak
Thank you for making this game.
It is truly something special.
autism be damned my boy can work a shrimp tank
ty, Homie, peachy and desesseintes for a game - really atmospheric thing
** SPOILER **
music and visuals were trying to point like Lee's a bad guy and made me think that he's just shy weirdo who tries to help, but not a maniac (too obvious to be true). And then it flipped to the opposote and once more back. Still not sure about him and would I trust him as Angel, but at least there's good ending for them :)
ps: mid dialogue save'd be nice (im used to renpy)
Homie,
Thank you for making such an amazing game. I connected with Angel way too much. I never saw so much of myself in one character before. Turns out, I have adhd too, just like Angel. If I never played this game, I never would of researched inattentive adhd, and I never would of seeked out a doctor to get tested. Thank you for bringing awareness of adhd to me.
** SPOILER **
hey, I'd like to report a bug on where Brandon picks a number, I can't really pick one, the arrows are bugged and all I can pick is number 1, also forgot to mention midway, the controls are bugged and are not working as intended, esc makes the dialog go faster, z and x does the same. I really can't progress further because of this. Hope you'll see my comment cuz this is genuinely a peak game and I want to finish it
update; I wasn't using the key button, but the escape button is still bugged and only makes the dialog go faster rather then going to the menu. Again, peak game.
You can only open the menu using the escape key when Angel is able to walk around. When you're in the middle of cutscenes or dialogue, it is true that pressing the escape key only speeds up the dialogue.
ohh, thanks mate 👌
This game disturbed me but in a good way if I'm not contradicting myself
holy peak
